PRACTICE AREAS

Criminal Defense

If you have been charged with a crime or feel that you may be charged, or are being investigated, call my law office first. Do NOT speak with anyone until you consult with me.

DUI Cases

Driving Under the Influence is a serious offense that can have long lasting ramifications both personally and professionally.

Domestic Violence

If charged with a domestic violence crime, you face the possibility of serious penalties. Even a first offense carries potential jail time and other courtordered penalties which can adversely impact your life.

Drug Crimes

Don't panic! I have successfully defended countless drug cases during my 23 years as a criminal defense attorney in Las Vegas. Drug possession laws can be complex and there is a variety of available defenses depending upon the facts and circumstances of each individual case.

Theft / Burglary

Many theft crimes, such as shoplifting and bouncing checks, may not seem like a very serious offense. However, committing a crime of "moral turpitude" may adversely affect a person's background check and ability to obtain employment.

Solicitation / Prostitution

Pursuant to Nevada law, prostitution is defined as engaging in sexual conduct with another person in return for a fee, monetary consideration or other thing of value. NRS 201.354 states that it is unlawful for any person to engage in prostitution or solicitation therefor, except in a licensed house of prostitution.
